3 oz iced water

1 oz of espresso

1 oz splash of heavy cream

1 oz milk

Ice cubes

Half an avocado

5 g powderd sugar
Crushed pistachios (for garnish)

  • Whip together heavy cream, milk, powdered sugar, and avocado paste,Mix until thick but still pourable.

  • Fill the glass about 70% full with ice cubes.

  • Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine.

  • Pour in the espresso, then add cold water until the glass is about 80% full.

    Slowly pour the pistachio cream over the top to create a layered effect.

    Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for texture and flavor.
